Zeb's Halloween

Well it is Halloween once again. I think after this evening (Ravenna's Trick or Treat) we will be all Halloweened out! Zeb went as Elmo!!! (his hero). He was also a cowboy when we went to the nursing home trick or treating for GG (Great-Grandma Smith). He really gets into this putting out the bucket thing and people put goodies in it. Go figure...
There is a horse that sings on the other end of the yellow stick.
GG, Zeb and Papa. Three out of the four Smith generations. Also you can see Zeb with booty trying to get Papa to "please some".

You can sorta of see the horses head in this one. It is amazing how difficult it is to have a two year old stand still and smile for a picture.

Zeb and Tatum

Well we got to see Zeb's new cousin on Friday. He wasn't real sure of her at first but after that I think every other word was "baby". We also told him to give her a kiss and he would only kiss her on the mouth. So beware if you ask for a kiss from Zeb. He kept saying "kiss baby, kiss baby." I think over all he liked his new cousin even though he has no use for her. He wanted to hold her and kept putting his arms out saying "hold baby." Someday we will get Zeb a sibling but no time soon.

Zeb has a new cousin

Miss Tatum Nirvana Moltzen has enterd the world. She arrived on Monday, October 3rd, 2005 at 8:36 PM, weighing in at 7lbs 3ozs and 21 inches long. Mother and baby are doing well and at home. These pictures just do not do her justice because she is just beautiful. Hopefully we will have pictures of the cousins in the near future.

Zeb's Second Birthday

Well, yesterday was Zeb's second birthday. It is amazing how fast he has grown up. He is really starting to talk now. He has a large vocabulary and is starting to form simple sentences. He is also able to grasp some ideas. I was amazed the other day at Walmart I told him if he behaved he could ride on the riding toy at the front of the store on the way out. When I was checking out he was starting to show his impatients. I told him if he was good he could ride and he sat right down and was quiet. I was really amazed! So hopefully it will work the next time we go to the store.
For Zeb's second birthday I made him an Elmo birthday cake. All I have to say is it is much harder than it looks. I think it turned out great though and Zeb was really pleased. He just kept saying ELMO! ELMO! ELMO! ELMO! He wasn't that interested in the cake though. He was all about the icing.
